A proof of your final artwork will be sent to you for acceptance, prior to production. If you have any concerns, please contact me to discuss prior to placing your online order.
The artwork proof will be superimposed over the stone you will receive.
Please allow up to 10 working days from acceptance of artwork proof, to delivery.
Stone is a natural product and variances may occur in size, shape, pattern and texture.
There are limitations on how much text and imagery that can be engraved legibly on the stone.

If your stone is a pet memorial, please send a photo or advise your pet species, breed, gender and age. Any relevant personality traits you would like the image to portray is also helpful. For example, "Long haired tabby (grey & white) female cat, 2yrs old, always hunting"

If your stone is a memorial for a colleague or loved one, please advise gender, age and any hobbies or personality traits you may wish to capture. for example, "Nana was 85 and loved to garden. Her favourite flower was pansies"
